Anxiety Management Group

Do you wish you could get your anxiety under better control? This is a four-week group for people
struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks. If you are suffering from panic or overwhelming worry
at work, in social situations, or when called to perform, you will benefit from learning how to relax your
body and mind in response to stress. Research-proven techniques including specific breathing and
relaxation techniques will be taught and practiced in a small group format. You will walk away from this
group having mastered concrete and effective methods of controlling anxiety. This group is appropriate
for those already in one-on-one psychotherapy or for those new to psychotherapy.
